Unfortunately, the Section 8 Waiting List is currently closed for housing authority city of Los Angeles. We are not accepting applications
You can choose to Apply for Public Housing. You can apply on our website at www.hacla.org under “Public Housing.” Be aware that we are not accepting applications for a 1-bedroom apartment at this time. The 1-bedroom waitlist is closed. If your application is accepted for a 2-bedroom or more, you will be placed on a waitlist. I am attaching a direct link to register/ begin the application process for public housing below:
