I think of you often

Maybe more than I should

If I could hold you I would

I think of you too many times

I picture your laughs

I picture your smiles

I wish I didn't think of you at all

Every time I do it's like I fall

Collapsing onto the heartbreaking floor

Trying to catch myself

But this pain , I can not take anymore

I'm thinking of you now

If only you knew

Every poem I write is about you

If only you knew

That at every word i write I drop a tear drop or two .......

Life is old
Life is new
Life is here to show us what we can do
Put our hearts through pain
Our minds through a cold rain
We grow from these things
Meanwhile we try to keep sane
But there comes a day where those things don't seem to work
Our soul begins to hide
And the moon grows darker through the night
The lights shutdown
And your heart seems to make no sound
This time is the hardest and happiness seems the farthest
But hold on to that bit of faith
Maybe it wont come now but it's never to late

Eyes filled with light
My heart soars
You're out of sight
Voice so tender
Sunsets and stars I begin to remember  
Musically intertwined , poetically defined
Every time we speak , sweep me off my feet
Every time we meet , its like the first time
And at every single glance
Our souls begin to dance
