Half a face, a scattered line
Half a breath, a fragment
A sign.

Whisperings laid bare,
Tumbling, coiled, kiss the air.

Colours bounce off the soul,
Etchings carved, steady, control.

Swimming in a sea of blue,
Caress the senses, distort the view.

Plunge deeper into the heat,
Release the tension,
Crush, defeat.

For in the dark foreboding night
Take a glance, one last sight
Of scattered dreams that pass on by
Like salmon clouds which float on high

From ancient grudge of bitter rose
There is scarce enough time to suppose

To reek the victories which once were new
Of bitter fray and hour of hue

Half a face, half a mask
I wander through the corridor
After dark.

The glass cuts and embeds in
My feet, I tiptoe carefully not to
Awaken the guardian from his slumber.

I hear his heavy breathing
Become a part of the core;
The low rumbling devours my soul.

Through a crack in the curtain;
A slice hits my face, of brilliant
White light which cuts like a knife.

It pierces  my eyes, it pierces my skin
And shakes the very heart of my existence.

I know the end is near, no panic
Now, no fear; for  morning has arrived all too soon.

One final look, one last breath
My body like the sands of time
Is but dust on the breeze.

The door at the end of the corridor slowly shuts firm, never to
Be opened.....
By mortal hands.

Judging, watching, they wait for me to fall.
To stumble ; can’t wait to laugh at me ; they foresee it all.

They are cold and devoid of warmth:
“Look at us! ” they cry: "we are so much better than you"
"Who do you think you are anyway?!", "why so blue"?!

They look down their noses at me; “Pah we don’t care about you"! We are too concerned about ourselves……

Try and hide, see what you find
Living amongst shadows
Stripped of the light

Place one hand on the wall
Try to install
The sensation alone

Sea salt mixes with my skin
Over to purify within

Grant my very soul
Out of control
And lead me to temptation

Curse those shadows, the beasts within
Their ****** hands grasp my skin

Reach for my neck, to plunge inside
Why won't they leave me alone?
There is nowhere to hide

The laughter I hear inside my head
Their thoughts pounding me stone dead

Beads of sweat drip down my face
The slaves of mercy know no trace

I bury myself in a man made tomb
Wanting to escape this terrible doom

The fate that awaits us all
The beasts are waiting silently
Ready for your fall

Build me a fire which burns through the night,
the flickering flames engulf me with light,
strip through the silence,
slice through the pain,
grow wings to escape an existence mundane.

The wind which blows, sweeps over you,
brings you closer into view.
The four stone walls that surround my soul,
crumble and fade: out of control.

The Lady of Fate takes her time,
and soon our souls will entwine.
The day will come,
when two hears become one

For I am the Moon....
And you are the Sun

I made a deal with the darkness,
escaped from the light,
had my wings cut, severed in full flight.

Statically I exist alone,
the cogs of time turn slowly,
bite to the bone.

Deep yearning inside,
to shake my foundations,
tectonic plates, landslide

Fire light so bright, so stark,
burning a hole through the dark.

Twisted souls held together in subliminal form,
shaking like branches,
tattered and torn.

Crimson blood smeared on my skin,
the war -cry I face within.

Cut open my heart and you will see,
thorny branches coiled,
Black Infinity.....

The Fire Light dances in your Eyes,
Like a moth to the Light,
I seek shelter to be at one.

To looks inside, see your Soul
Eternal, the Bonds to Bind
My Heart to Yours

I seek Salvation, Union
For our Power is too great

Indestructible
