I had a dream like this once with the bubbles and some that looked like blood. It looked freaky in the night but i couldn't move or scream all i felt was this unexplainable fear. I woke up and felt like i was going crazy. I eventually calmed down and just had to write it down :D

You get past a moment but memory's stay with you forever.

I think everyone feels like this once in a while.
