It’s crazy to think how things have changed and how I’m not the little girl I used to be,
There are things I miss like at one point that there were only you and me.
You’ve taught me things no one else could and changed me without a try,
You would never believe the amounts of times I would sit there and cry.
About the things that could have been different through all this spite,
Hindsight is a wonderful thing you see, really brings things into the light.
I wanted more but it seems you could never give me what I truly did need,
We will never get on now and on that we both surely are agreed.
I don’t hate you, just know you have given me nothing worthy of what I have or had,
Because who I am today I give all the credit to the most important person in the world to me, my Dad.
