A Mycelium That Speaks

The Trip to hospital,
The operation and Treatment,
Off to rehab centre,
The Best of times,
End times.

My leg feels funny call Ben he says call Steve,
Steve arrives,off to the hospital we go,
I will never walk again-Freaking out,
I need an emergency operation,
The Trip to hospital.

I had an op to remove a blood clot,
Woke up 10 days later Leg looked like crap,
Started treatment at the hospital pronto,
I had it twice daily I felt despondent ,
The operation and Treatment.

I can walk for a short time,
I develop  thrombosis in right leg,
Fixed it . Doctors says infections are gone,
I was released finally. I was happy,
Off to rehab centre.

I visited my cousin in B. C..
I took draughrsmanship and painting lessons.
I used to do gardening for 8 years.
I must have paiinted twenty or more paintings.
The Best of times.

The food here is better than the VIGI,
I go thedepot to eat once a week,
Other times I go elsewhere,
I write poetry and study the runes,
