So I stay awake writing in the absence of my sleep
I am one with the darkness on the outside walls
And I can hear the cars go by and the sirens make a noise
And I wonder who has died
I wonder who has died

And I am waiting for your call; I am standing on the wall
I am listening to everything and nothing at all
And I hear your voice now. It is beautiful and loud
Like a night owl waiting in the absence of my sleep
You want me to say that word
Oh, you want me to say that word

I apologize for last night I was absent and asleep
But we have a lot of time to talk what’s going on with you?
If you feel a little lonely come on get into my car
And we’ll listen to the songs that you don’t like, but God, I do!
Power lines like ropes of black licorice against the cotton candy sky
blues and pinks, pink and blue
I guess I wish you here to share the view.

So how bout we go around, you and I? Like kids,
stick out our tongues at all the things that we don't like...
and the sun of messy egg yolk, will come and shine on us.
Driving here
riding bikes
pumping tires
faulty breaks
Whiskey Creek
future home
sparks fly
on the road
20 miles
grass shots
downtown
organic gelato
under bridge
panoramas
tan lines
We will build a carriage
Out of ice and nice dreams
To take us across the bridge of screams
And sighs like nights passed through
The sorry trees

With their necks soon to be cut
From the hand of the son of the old father
And the new fathers sons will arise
And cut his old fathers throat
And watch the signs fill up with
Eyes in disbelief

They have known and know
Rights to snap and creak
The speechless mouth
Of the fathers son
Wide open on a sour leaf
With a strand of hair
In the shower drain

Clogged up and
Stained down
To the core

I wanted more
I never settled for less
I waited for
I saw you at your best

You gave me your eyes
I took them into mine
And drowned slowly
In your beautiful ocean
Now is the time to rejoice!
Now is the time for singing!
Stop holding back,
Be FREE
And dwell in Gods love :)
be FREE
give up your worry and your doubt
All who are weak,
You will find strength in God, alone
Find strength and
Be FREE!
push aside insecurity,
Your not a lost sheep....
find identity in Christ
All who are hopeless
You who are covered in a dull mixture of tears and darkness
Be lifted up in Christ.
And embrace your identity in Him.

Strangers running through time,
To and fro, searching.
Once again it happens,
The distance between us fades,
Fades but for a moment,
A moment that turns into a minute,
A minute turns into hours,
Hours turn into eternity,
Eternity that lasts for only just the moment.
But the meeting we had,
The time we shared,
Is all but a dream to me now.
Time has slipped through our fingers
and once again my friend
Time is running away.
