Color Me Clear
Ray Ferrer May 2017
Color me Clear;

Don't color me brown
red or white.
Don't color me yellow
or black like the night.

Its just the color of our skin
that's more show than tell.
It came from our ancestors
doesn't need to be yelled?

We are not born with pride
for we had no choice.
You dont have to earn it
just give it a voice.

But then again It's not
the end of our past.
We are humans first
color and race last.

So don't judge me my friends
Ive conquered my fears.
We all evolved from water
so color me clear.~RF©

Frozen in time pictures are
memories held in place.
In your thoughts that special day
remembering a face.

Pictures tell a loving story
when you look and listen.
Reminisce there's nothing wrong
your heart knows what it's missin.

Precious time that flew so fast
now stored in a book.
Snapshots, heirlooms, lock of hair
remembering a look.

Birthdays,weddings, young and old
and all those precious kisses.
From little boy to Jr.-Mr
Girls to Miss then Mrs.

Once your gone your life is told
by family and friends,
Photographs of you my love
I'll cherish till the end~RF©

Tears Of Passion
Ray Ferrer Apr 2017
Tears of Passion;

I wish I were
your passionate tears,
I'd leave your eyes
like drops so clear.

To your lips
I'd stop and kiss,
and taste that sensuous
midnight mist.

Softly flowing
pass your neck,
goosebumps form
like little specks.

Down your chest
then on your breast,
there I'd stay
and take a rest.

Finally reaching
where love exist,
down the center
into a bliss.

Into your soul
to calm your fears,
If I were
your passionate tears.~RF©
