"We had it all in front of us,
You were the one,
I was in love,
But you always hurt,
the one you lost,
I couldn't get enough,"

You were like my drug,
An all natural high,
That I couldn't get off of.

You made me feel like I could fly,
We never said goodbye,
But you always hurt me,
Again and Again,
When will this torture end?

You know just the right things to say,
To get my attention drawn to you,
Too much is never enough,
You always get your way.

No matter what,
I'd do it all again for you,
That laugh,
That smile,
Keeping me on that never ending high,
As long as you,
Never say goodbye.

The Other side of me,
The one you don't know.
She doesn't care about judgement,
Fear,
Rejection,
Nothing.
As long as she's happy she doesn't care what they think.
An ability to feel beautiful yet reckless,
It oozes from every tiny bit of her being.

If you have a problem with her,
Say it to her face,
Or be a coward behind her back.

A free spirit nothing more,
She is the me I want to be,
All that I am ,
And all that I ever was,
Is not her.

But all that I will be,
We'll have to wait and see.

It's like you're running endlessly,
Trying to find some way of escape,
But there's a catch,
There's always a catch,
You're running from you,
The you that you said you'd never be.

Lost,
So hopelessly lost,
In the thoughts of your mind,
Reeling,
Driving you mad,
The deafening screams of the other you fill you ears,
No more,
I'm done,
She's going to take over,
I have nothing left to give.
