I call out in the night
Crying to the heavens
Demons torment my soul
Despair and anguish
They consume my heart
I fight the temptation
To to give in
And end it all
To surrender to the darkness again
At the bottom of the deepest pit
There in my personal hell
I find the Light to escape

Frozen in time
My past haunts me

With all this chaos in my soul

The pain has returned
Brought on by another
Disappointment and anger
Nothing feels right any longer
The pain consumes again
Unsure of where to go
And how to progress
Afraid of the future
And of repeating the past

Shattered and broken
The pieces are out of place
There is no order
Just chaos and pain
Confusion and depression
Spiraling downward
Toward an end I cannot see
The Light tries to reach me
But the Darkness pulls me away
Deeper into the abyss
The Hell that is my mind

dejected from being alone
cast down
dishearten
lost spirit
sadness
gloom
sorrowful
distress of the mind
emptiness of the heart
suffering of the soul
loneliness

Thoughts race through my mind
But words will not form
Emotions flow through me
But I know not how I feel
The Emptiness has returned
And has swallowed me again
I live again in darkness
Fighting to see the Light
(And against it)

My life is forfeit
Death is required
And blood must be spent
To pay the price
And make atonement
For the existence I have led
Ant the decisions I have made
Hell and damnation await me
But I shall be spared
For blood was shed
But it was not mine
A life was given

Eternally

A father is a child's first glimpse of God

The dark elf stood alone

The fairies were replaced by demons

She visits in the dark

A quiet voice whispers to her

She begins to weep
The blade falls from her hand
As she falls to her knees
"For I have already bled for you"

The battle rages on
As demons and angels clash
The blows of lightning and thunder
Hail and wind
The darkness is closing in
As the demons gain ground
The cries of the fallen echo in the shadows
Dead and dying
The end is drawing near
As the demons claim their prize
And triumph over the light
Sin and death
Their victory is short lived
As the demons fall into the fire
The King's people rise again
Saved by His sacrifice
Blood and tears

Out of nowhere
She appears
One with the Night
Shadow and Mist
Fire and Blood
Endlessly
She torments me
Three birds missing:
Faith, Hope, and Love
Especially Love
Lost forever in her

You sent me to them
To share Your Message
But they failed to hear
They would not listen
They continued in their sin
Convinced of their own wisdom
They followed their own path
Of self-destruction
Self-consumption and self-interest
Living for the pleasures of now
At the cost of future joys
And future existence
They continue on this path
Into their own damnation

Before me always
Are the sins of my past
Sins against You (only You)
Things evil in Your sight
You are correct when You condemn
Justified when You judge

I have been diseased since birth
Infected since the moment of conception
The cancer of my soul
Growing, consuming, destroying
Threatening to over take all I am
