All over you
Perhaps you'd stop
If only you knew

You rip me to shreds
Now what to do?
My heart is shattered
And you have'nt a clue
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Three little words-
Thats all it is
No one ever knew
They could feel like this

In my eyes-
They mean happiness, love, and faith
They bring thoughts of a love
That will never be replaced

In his eyes-
It tells what will be
The love to come
I swear you'll see

Those words are-
I Love You
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Acceptance-
It's somethng every soul craves
Though most never see it
Within our fragile days

But the few who are so lucky
Don't relize how great it is
They dont live the lives-
Lives as deadly as this
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Hated-
By the one he loves
She pushed him away
His heart, she shoves

Away for him-
She wants no more
So she wont love you-
Anymore
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
So far away-
He is from you
But his thoughts and dreams
Still run right through

Right through your viens
Straight into your heart
With everything about him
You want to take part

Be with him always
Forever and true
Love him more each day
Just as he loves you
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
You don't believe me
I know you don't
I say i love you
And still, you won't

I love you too much
To just let this slide
So spill the words
Don't let this hide

So come on- confess
Don't let this love die
Go on say it
We all know you've tried
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Why are you so cold?
It's as if you have no heart
You hurt those around you
And answer to the dark

You know nothing of true love
And neither do you care
Now your horrible words
To us, you boldly share
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
He sees in me
The things that never show
The soft words he says-
They make my heart glow

He loves me to no end
Of this, I am sure
So for all the lonely souls out there
Love, is the cure
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
The lights, shining so bright
They hurt your eyes
What you're thinking
It's only their demise

This hell you're in
It's not the place to be
Just clear your mind
So they can see

See all of this
It's totally wrong
That you absolutely
Do not belong
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
I'm sitting here alone
Just thinking of you
Trying not to cry
When you don't have a clue

Now letting go
Just watching these tears fall
I miss you too much
You just have to know

-That I love you, plain and simple-

I want you to hold me
Tell me it's okay
Come here, straight to me-
Don't be so Far Away
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
I'm crying
I'm dying
I'm finally free
Can't you see what you've done to me?

You're killing me
But why, I don't get it
You're not worth the air i breathe
So go on, forget it
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
The Monster taunts inside me
As if some kind of curse
Curling up inside me
Plotting only the worst

"Mother, Mother, you're so dear"-
They fill her up with glory
'Mother, Mother', thats all I hear
Every single morning

She's a fake, a sham
No one sees the truth
Am I the only one who can?
To see down to her roots

Casting me out, as if a theif
But all I have is silence
I'm not allowed to speak
A shadow at my own trial-

Yet standing at my funeral

What is there to do but wait?
And hope that things calm down
I'm using my very last restraint,
Not to come around-
Not to set things straight,
For the First and Final Time
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
You think you're lost
But in fact, you're wrong
Let Him lead you
Just tag along

On this great journey
To you, He speaks
His words as clear
As thin glass sheets

So don't look through them
Soak them in
Keep His words inside
Like paper and a pen
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Not wanted
Not loved
Not trusted
Just shoved

Around and about
Here and there
Not sure what to do with you
But why should I care?

You're not my child
Look how you act
Broken and wild
You're hated; it's a fact
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Hide away
Because you're so dear
Come back to play
When the end draws near

Now, do your deeds
As you must
Just don't let your mind
Be riddled bt lust

He's only a boy
Not even a man
So don't act stupid
We do what we can

You'll get your turn
So please don't fuss
It's not your concern
This is'nt a must
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Cheeks flushed
Heart shushed
It's his love
Warm and lush

Kisses so tender
You have to surrender
Why you were fighting
You can't remember

It does'nt matter
All thoughts scattered
Love runs everywhere
Conflict shattered
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
I feel invaded
Privacy gone
And there's no respect-
To tag along

They read my works
Agsinst my will
Put them down-
Insult them still

They're personal
Not your own
So don't read them
Leave them alone
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Staring out the window
As these cars pass me by
I know I'm dreaming of you
'Cause without, I'd surely die

Suddenly the wind blows
You're stumbling into veiw
I close my eyes, and just pretend-
I'm right in front of you
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
There's no way he's coming back
I've wasted tears
I'd take him back in a heartbeat
If it took ten thousand years

But the chances of that happening
Are extremely, very slim
And he knows I'd give anything
Just to love him again
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Love is something
Cherished forever
Always developing
Shy, but clever

But when love's gone
Happiness is lost
Not sure for how long
To return like the frost

And this love is ours forever...
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Love stinks
It really does
So join the group
To be one of us

We are the ones
Beaten and abused
Just trying to have fun
But ended up used

Love took its toll
On you and me
When all we want
Is to be free

So let's live our lives
To the fullest
And maybe love
Will help us to it
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
I love this boy
He loves this girl
We both get along-
In this horrible world

We will love each other-
To the very end
So on this new love
We must strongly depend

We'll live our lives-
And fight the duals
But if it all-
We're lovestruck fools
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
I drug him under
Under the world he knows
Straight into my hell
The one that never shows

So here I sit
Thinking " What have I done "
I've ruined his life
And we're both still young

But now I can't fix this
I can't take it back
I can't make them up-
All these things that I lack

  I'm sorry....
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
What could I have done
To make you this way?
If you really loved me
Why didnt you stay

And now, look at you
Broken and lost
Wishing for something you could do
But I've already moved on
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
I try to convince myself
But the words never stay
Saying it wont be alright
Should his love go away

And I know it
Deep in my heart
I can't dig out this time-
There's no new start
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
I'm so lost
With not a clue
How am I to act?
What should I do?

All these lies
All about me
I could just die
So leave me be

Rumors are spread
Emotions are shared
Hateful words said
'Cause no one ever cared
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Why the hell
Would I even try
To see the real you-
Through all of the lies

I hope you know
That I hate your guts-
The way you lie
The way you fuss

So get over it
If im the one you hate
'Cause I'm not changin'
You're to late!
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
You thought this was over
You thought wrong
Hoping we would all
Just lightly play along

Your horrible words-
They're killing me
But why you say them
No one can see

Would you take them back
If you had the chance?
Or would you just stand there
Keeping this awful stance
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
There are so many
So insecure
Not sure who to love
Still searching for the cure

But me-
I'm just lucky
I've caught your heart
As you've caugh my own

I have this fear-
That I love you too much
That you'll be taken away
Leaving my heart in a rush

But I know-
That you're here to stay
The feelings you show-
Won't push you away
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
These burns on your arms
Seem worth the price
But in the game of life
we're only dice

Don't harm yourself
You wont come out to play
You will be placed on a shelf
So very, far away

What has this done for you?
But leave these scars forever
What else could they do?
But be the permanent reminder-
Of the pain inflicted on you?
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
I tried to save you
I really did
But nothing I did would do
I lost the bid

But now you're dead
Living in my dreams
You though you were ahead
And you ripped at the seams

A lost soul forever
Wandering this world for good
Things would've been so much better
Had you only done what you should

But for you
The secrets I hold
The things I do
Are not what I'm told

And now
My fate is tied
And just like you
I've lost my life
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
someday, things will change,
I'll be somewhere far with you
and I wont have these chains
when all my wishes come true

but for now, my 'someday' is a just vision,
one of this life to come.
one day we'll be together forever.
when all is said and done.
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Locked in this prison
For my own good
Forced to drink this poison
To do what I should

But when I lash out
Even the slightest bit
Their minds are filled with doubt
A cloud, black and thick

I'm a disgrace
To all of their kind
I'm just a monster-
Something to hide
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Bright- is the sky, on a crystal clear day
You run to see me, to see me this way
Life is blooming, its a sight to see
Your heart is pounding- busy as a bee

The flowers are blooming, soft and bright
The sun shines more loudly, magnificent light
The birds keep singing, then fly into view
While nature keeps on smiling- smiling back at you

As warmth grows around us- never to part
It grows inside me, right into my heart
Leaving winter behind- warming our souls
Letting life in, abandoning the cold

So this is the time- all wrapped up
Spring life is showing, bursting with love
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
From my thoughts
To my mind
Onto my paper
The words will bind

Stories of life
Stories of death
Seeing the strife
It's all I have left

Nearing the truth
About to let go
I ready my pencil
And let my hand flow
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
My face is hot with tears
Streaming from my eyes
Built up through the years
From all my wrongs and lies

But when the truth is thrown at me
It breaks my heart  in half
I just want your eyes to see
The good intentions I now have
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Hate the loving one
With all that he is due
Hurt the loving one
Just as he hurt you

Forgive the loving one
Because it is right
And in return you've won
His love, warm and bright
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
These dreams-
They're killing me
They can't be real
I just want free

In each of these-
To me, he dies
But they can't be true
They're filled with lies

But to just sit here-
While they destroy my life
On the brink of insanity, I know
To live is to die
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
The starving poet-
Pitiful in her own eyes
Not a soul can hear her-
All her screams and cries

What can she do?
No one knows
Her thoughts and ideas
Simply come and go

And even though
Her hearts been broken
The ones who read her works-
Are luckily chosen
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Torn between two choices
Wrong, and right
But which am I to choose?
Black, or white

They won't **** me
Neither of them will
But one wrong move-
And the mind grows ill

He makes me happy
Warm delight
So how to choose
In this insufferable fight
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
To write "Love" on her arms
Would provide the cure
A reason to stop-
To end this war

But why cut?
What good will it do?
It will only bring pain-
From the blade to you

So don't hurt
Young girl
Know that a little love
Could change this world
Poetry Is Life Jan 2012
Don't you dare talk to them-
It's not worth your time
As if every word they say-
Were just another crime

She says "I swear they'll use you-
Just milk you dry
They'll kick you down,
They'll make you cry"

"Then once they're done-
They'll pack up and leave
Tearing friends apart-"
And they'll never believe....

-That they were dead wrong-

— The End —
