Heart race at an unsteady pace
Freckles dance across her face
Honey golden hair bathed in sunlight
Rare beauty beyond compare
At a distance I stare
At a woman who wouldn't dare search for me
In crowded rooms

Your touch etched beneath my heart
Sore and gruesome
Unforgettable hurt
Wounded thoughtlessly
Taunted by the absence that haunts me boundlessly
Suffocated by the depths of you
Captured by the heartache you burdened through me too
rae 3d
Standing in the rain feeling a symphony of pain
Wielding a dagger
I begin to stagger
Fallen to my knees
Free me from this ache so I can feel at ease

There are marionette strings sewed into nine places: to each leg, hand, shoulder, and ear, and at the base of my spine. I’m completely and utterly entangled. Each tug of the strings tears at my flesh and nerves. I’m in agony, each wave of pain leaving me more helpless. My cries for the torment to end fall on deaf ears. I try to fake a better feeling by clinging to a fantasy that offers a brief escape.

Hopelessly devoted to you
I long for you to
Caress and undress me delicately
Yet, I yearn for the heart you’ve burned
That’s to never be returned
Coated by your touch aware I’ll never be enough

the perfect relationship. there’s no such thing. as far as perfect goes it all comes down to your definition of perfect. does your partner share the same values as you, do you both share similar goals and aspirations. and if so who’s to say this makes them perfect. love can be daunting and fearful so we may have tendencies to self sabotage. love is also something extraordinarily beautiful and worthwhile, it may even provide us with a sense of fulfilment. that warm fuzzy feeling that you get, the fake scenarios you create, the recap of every moment spent with them replaying in your head, it’s exciting. love is also something that we can take for granted, love can be a series or various things, perhaps unexplainable. we may project our own insecurities on to our significant other because we simply don’t feel a sense of security within ourselves. we may lash out and completely destroy everything that was built, the foundation that was created. if anything love is anything but perfect, yet if by chance if you happen to stumble upon someone worthy of ur love, love them unconditionally and maybe even let yourself be destroyed by love because loving someone is never a waste.
