It's been a week, and I'm still not over the grief. I find it hard to breathe, don't you see? I'm drowning in the depths of ocean, Frozen in place devoid motion. This heavy heart a sinking stone, I face this world so much alone. Our bond was so deep, Now I cannot sleep. Memory brings both smile and ache, My hearts about to break You were my anchor in the sea, Now all is gone and empty. I know the day will come for me, To finally see you and find you free. Although earth and sky keep us apart, You live forever in my mortal heart.
