Don't be thinking I did it out of spite, I never wanted us to fight. I just wanted something I couldn't shake, The arms of the man, whom I could not date. All though his love was a little late, Even if it was somewhat fake, I saw a chance to take. I'm sorry you got in the way, Forgive me - I never meant this to become hate I hope it gave you a lesson, A lesson someone had to make. The timing was finally right, Not for you, Nor me But for fate.
