From the very first glance you had me captivated
I was already so fascinated,
you don't want to know how long I would of waited.
I knew from that very moment,
the moment our eyes first glanced at another
the moment our souls ran past each other.
if only then we knew
we'd be together,

Don't be thinking I did it out of spite,
I never wanted us to fight.
I just wanted something I couldn't shake,
The arms of the man, whom I could not date.
All though his love was a little late,
Even if it was somewhat fake,
I saw a chance to take.
I'm sorry you got in the way,
Forgive me - I never meant this to become hate
I hope it gave you a lesson,
A lesson someone had to make.
The timing was finally right,
