I met a kingfisher today — Not the Kingfisher you would pay! An unpaid visual treat by nature, A sight our eyes would love to capture. With vibrant, bright blue covering, A tiny bird had me staring. Nothing could distract me from listening to the sermon; I peeped every minute to check he stays. He sat straight for two whole hours. Later, when I went to capture a picture, He took his flight in a flicker — I met a kingfisher today! -Shiny Swetha M
