Waited for the meteor showers last night...
I wanted to hitch a ride to Jupiter...
For I've always wanted to visit its 79 moons...
Our own moon fascinates me...
And I dream of seeing a world with more than one moon...
But alas, it was cloudy last night...
I could not see the meteors...
And perhaps they did not see me either...
But us dreamers never give up...
So I will wait for the next meteor shower...
One day I may be able to fulfil my dream...
Of gliding through space in an asteroid...
While marvelling at the beauty of our galaxy...
If it never happens...
At least I can dream about it...
I'm a real dreamer...
As I dream of my dreams...
I can't think of a universe without moons...
And I can't think of a world without dreaming of a dream...
Perhaps I am my own planet...
And my dreams the moons that orbit around it...
For now...
My dear space traveller...
I will let you carry on...
For you must be waiting to glide on the meteor that will carry you to your dreams...
