I wanted to write a poem for Mother's Day... But mothers themselves are a poem... They are inspiration and love... There is no poem that can describe what a mother is... There wouldn't be enough words in a universe of books and sonnets... I can only say "Happy Mother's Day"... With humility and respect... To all mothers... Happy Mother's Day today and every day...

I Had a dream Last night. I dreamed. of being In the Land of the Pyramids. An eternal land, where magic and history get together. A Land where the sun rises and sets over pyramids and sphynxes. Where the legends of pharaohs and queens is in the air and the sand.

Pyramids

I Had a dream Last night. I dreamed. of being In the Land of the Pyramids. An eternal land, where magic and history get together. A Land where the sun rises and sets over pyramids and sphynxes. Where the legends of pharaohs and queens is in the air and the sand.

I am East... You are west... We will never get to see each other... And we will chase each other for an eternity... For earth never stops spinning.. When it is day for me... It is night for you... It is like I am trying to catch your shadow... But when I finally get where you are.. You and your shadow are gone.. As night has taken over... I promise myself to try the next day... As I've done for as long as time has existed... And for as long as time exists... For I love you too much to stop trying... And I take solace in the fact that at least we are on the same earth... Knowing you are on this earth is enough of a gift for me...

East..... West

Sakura is the Japanese word for cherry blossom... Sakura time is a magical period... It does represent renewal and optimism... It signals the ending of winter and beginning of spring... The cherry trees become pink and beautiful... I can probably say every time I see you is Sakura's time... For your eyes bring peace, happiness and optimism to my days... Your eyes are magical... They are an eternal spring...

For international women's day

When you wake up... Go to a mirror... You will see a beautiful woman.... And an incredible human being..... I think we were given 10 fingers so we can count our blessings in life... Today I will count 10 times for the blessing women are... Every woman is a living poem... Every woman's eyes are a sonnet... Every woman's smile is a ray of hope Every woman's heart is a treasure.... Women should be celebrated every day.. Not just on Women's day... Women have my respect and admiration... Not just today... But everyday...

Waited for the meteor showers last night... I wanted to hitch a ride to Jupiter... For I've always wanted to visit its 79 moons... Our own moon fascinates me... And I dream of seeing a world with more than one moon... But alas, it was cloudy last night... I could not see the meteors... And perhaps they did not see me either... But us dreamers never give up... So I will wait for the next meteor shower... One day I may be able to fulfil my dream... Of gliding through space in an asteroid... While marvelling at the beauty of our galaxy... If it never happens... At least I can dream about it... I'm a real dreamer... As I dream of my dreams... I can't think of a universe without moons... And I can't think of a world without dreaming of a dream... Perhaps I am my own planet... And my dreams the moons that orbit around it... For now... My dear space traveller... I will let you carry on... For you must be waiting to glide on the meteor that will carry you to your dreams...

Meteor showers...

It is not a coincidence that I am writing these words... For my destiny is to spread my soul to anyone who wants to read my thoughts... As I was born a poet.... And as such I can't stop dreaming of sonnets and verses... My days are a non stop celebration of romanticism and poetry.. Life is beautiful and is to be lived with a smile... with hopes and dreams... Any sad moment can be overcome with the hope of a better tomorrow.... So if you are reading these words... You are helping fulfill my destiny.... And at the same time ... Getting to know my soul... I hope dear reader, I can get a smile from you..... I wish you a happy day today.. And a happier day tomorrow...

Destiny.......

It is not a coincidence that I am writing these words... For my destiny is to spread my soul to anyone who wants to read my thoughts... As I was born a poet.... And as such I can't stop dreaming of sonnets and verses... My days are a non stop celebration of romanticism and poetry.. Life is beautiful and is to be lived with a smile... with hopes and dreams... Any sad moment can be overcome with the hope of a better tomorrow.... So if you are reading these words... You are helping fulfill my destiny.... And at the same time ... Getting to know my soul... I hope dear reader, I can get a smile from you..... I wish you a happy day today.. And a happier day tomorrow...

Parallel Dimensions

There must be a rainbow inside you... As your eyes have the power to light up the room... And bring color and joy to people around you... Let your rainbow shine... Let the colors of life glow.... Believe in yourself... Have faith... And the rainbow will glow forever...

"The colors of the wind"

Did you know the wind has colors... The wind is part of my life... It is what carries my verses and sonnets across the land... The wind at night is dark... White on winter days...
