We laugh with the aches of soft, lovelorn children I couldn't have imagined a pain so sweet, I let go of my reins to let the world spin I forgot to say anything, but I knew you could see So I gazed up at the sky and watched as it opened Can we wade in this fountain of youth forever? The bed creaked, "Why"? Hours fade, but seconds last a lifetime Put my palms on your shoulders and push back the curtains Presence is the only thing certain.
