I’ve been pondering
not sitting the fence a-lot
pain brings out the best in me
it’s in those trying moments that I learn to know me
pleasure incredible as it is
highlights the things I don’t want to be
I’m comforted in the uncomfortable
And I see the flaws between the sparkles ✨
