I don’t know what it is about the way it tastes in my mouth. The way it no longer terrifies me, but instead wraps me in a blanket of familiarity as I let myself fall. It holds me in a lovers embrace and pulls me to the edge of my limits just so shove me back into my body in the morning with a dry mouth and migraine.
