What's happened to the stars in the sky
Are these the lifeless nights
where the stars choose to be silent
Is this the night poets write of
one with absent stars and hopeless hope
A might filled with darkness so gross
Where the strongest fright
at the sight of shadows
and the notes of singing owls
And beauty speaks less
than the shadows that surrounds it
