I saw a guy today
He looked so sad
Wanting to cry
But his pride wouldn't let him.
I saw a girl today
She looked so desperate when she looked into the water
Like she couldn't say a word
And nobody would let her.
I saw a kitten today
blind as I was
calling for its mother
whom left it in the ally.
I saw something.
I forgot what it was,
but whatever was there,
It reminded me of you.
