What am I missing out on if I walk away?
If I stay?
I feel safe around you but,
What is it to feel safe in the arms of
Someone who couldn’t love you back?
You told me I’ll find what I desire
But what if I’m not actively looking?
I’ll wait til it finds me
Can I wait with you in the meantime?
Would you be okay with that?
I can’t pour into you by emptying myself
