at 3 am when you and i lay in my bed you wrap me in your arms and intertwine me with your affection i feel guilty for i am not the one you should be intertwined with then you whisper words that caress the loneliest parts of my soul and i drift into what could be but once i am not in your arms and we are untangled you intertwine with someone else the someone you call your girlfriend and i hear the i love you’s slip off your tongue the same tongue that told me that she wasn’t what you wanted anymore
