I wasn’t sure I’ll be okay again, Even through my bumps, tall walls and cane You still managed to find me at the edge Heart in the ground beging to be dredged From the corner of my weary eye, I watched you pick my up heart, why? You smiled and whispered “the storm will pass” Somehow a small smile started to grow like grass You took my halting heart and placed it in my palms Then I listened as you read me the book of psalms.
