i’ve felt you looking
i’ve seen the hidden glances
at first i ignore
then i look back
dear eyes,
i’ve felt your stares and to you i stare back
after a while your looks,
glances,
stares,
they have faded so i can only say one thing
dear eyes,
you have derailed my life for the last time
next time you feel the need to stare or glance or look
at my pain just remember that i’m not afraid to stare back
