Lets walk down the street Why’d I lose it again? You are killing me Keep calling me your friend And it hurts, it hurts, It hurts my dear. Cause I tried, I tried to keep you near. I tried to keep you close But it all just got away from me We all lost out to misery I have to wonder why It always ends this way I’ll pass you by on my way to see And you’ll look at me despondently Because I, I let you down And they’ll all say their piece on me Saying Oh she’s such a drama queen But I, I never meant to let you down And it hurts, it hurts, It hurts my dear. Another song I'm mad as hell still but I understand a little better now I've calmed down. And I'm sorry for reacting the way I did.
