Shoulder blades Sharpened Etched Onto her Skin Jutting out. Feathers Quivering Aching To Be Released. They ***** her She bleeds Tread lightly. Beware Those Troubled eyes. Shadows Ripple Across The stained Canvas Of her – Heart. Downtrodden Beaten down By their Cacophonous Drum. Taste Of the Sea Runs Down Her cheek. A Lone Stream Relentlessly Pours Past – The Murky Land Of Dying Trees. Wasteland Barren Save The Withered Rose It speaks – Its final Breath, A Parting Note: “Do you See splendor In those Placid Cobalt Eyes? Or is My inner Purity Revealed At Last – That is Betrayed By An Alluring Form.” Silence She waits And Weakens In putrid Earth. ~ He's gone. She'll never know.
