Today but not tomorrow,
A 'hello' and then next is sorrow.
I hate seeing you leave,
At night all I do is grieve.
I miss you.
I love you.
I can never tell you,
Although I really want to.

But a day is all you can give.
I understand,
I'm not complaining.

Can the clock stop ticking?
