A light as bright as any, shielding, Dodging balancing on its feet. A light, spreading through all, A touch, a gaze, it took to all. It glowed with love danced in trust. A smile stay put on its face while The soul wandered this holy maze. It took no care, a life passed in a hurried glare. It stopped To look around, to know the life That was its alone.Little did it know The path, it stumbled, lost and bled along. It tried to reach all, a shove, a pull That was all. All love gone all trust Dwindled, it looked inside only to find Nothing to kindle.A light how could it Be when it sees nothing, just the faint Echoes of what it could’ve been.

A Ball of Light
