Out of the dark Into the sun My window of perception It changed behind the burning view A death, a resurrection And no one knows what lies beyond It seems, it feels, it listens There Beyond the constant few That wither with intention I lay as if of marble Bright And still And built And heavy Silently watch the past go deep Into the whole of empty My glory faded fast And gloriously it lingered Upon a future that went deep Into the heart’s contentment
