As I try to forget
I realize it's impossible
To erase the words of our duet
Nevertheless I keep trying all possibilities
From others to hate
And creating all kinds of hostilities
Defeat greets me at the end of each day
I am left when the thoughts of my heart
This love will never decay
Reminiscing on every bit of us
The care, love, understanding
And even the smallest stress
Every fragile memory
Dances in my head
And breaks my heart tenderly
While the pain disappears
Understanding grows
