Somebody please tell me what the hell is going on
Why am i still crying and where has my love gone
For a brief moment in time I thought he was still there
with his beautiful scruffy face, and his curly hair
but then i looked a little closer and realized his eyes had dimmed
he struck once,
struck twice
I realized that man wasn't him.
