Ask and you Shall Receive
So you broke into my emails
a nosy bear you are
surprised at what you found there?
how dare you boil with anger.
Ask and you shall receive
ninja in the dark
seeking answers your yellow soul
too weak to speak aloud.
But red are your cheeks
as you slaughter me
with horrid accusations
and empty threats.
Pack your bags and items
storm the stairs with rage
in the end it is your loss
as you sit weeping at your mistake.
Sobs upon the sofa
apologies unjustified
you woke as if all were well again
the price you shall pay comes silent.
Happy now you blew your stack
wounded I lay in bed
you never asked, you stole my trust
what you receive has yet to unfurl.
Quiet at the night wind blows
softly as I breathe
your sin will be dealt with surely
Ask and you shall receive.
