I want him to touch me
in places that haven't been touched before.
Places that won't be touched ever again
by anyone after him.

I want him to touch
the places that have scars.
The places where
I dragged a blade across my skin.

I want him to touch
the scars beneath the skin.
I want him to kiss away
the the scars from my thoughts.

I want him to touch
my heart, instead of my body.
I want him to take a piece of me
that no one else ever could.

I want him to touch
the parts of me that give me nightmares.
I want him to take the pain
out of my wrists.

I want him to touch
the places that I need help fixing.
I want him to
run his fingers over my skin.

I want him to touch me
because his touch takes away the pain.
