Afer sometime, I never felt d way I used to,
After sometime, I never looked back as I used to,
Her name seems like never heard of,
Her voice mellifluous, or was it, doesn't pacify me anymore,
The intensity of her gaze doesn't blind me anymore.

Coz if we were bound to stay, we'd have,
If it was meant to be any longer, it'd have,
If only you wished, coz i was all in,
Now dun blame me, for the animosity that has set in.

But as they say, give time some time,
Now I am bereft of the sorrow n no more whine,
Now I am me, the happy me,
Gaping at everything with a glee,
Coz moving on is life,
And looking back is waking up in a fool's paradise
