If the whole world rains
It’s gonna kick you when you’re down.
How do you stick to it through the pain,
When the ****’s so high you’re gonna drown?

There must be something wrong
When these thoughts tend to circulate.
And every second the list grows long,
It gets harder for me to concentrate

And you still wipe away my tears,
‘*** you know it’s really the world I hate.
Your touch leaves no room for fears,
And then you carry some of my weight

When you’re that trapped, you can’t run.
Buried underneath it gets easy to hide.
I never take help from no one.
When someone asks, I find I lied.

I promise I’ll try to get better,
But how could I really guarantee?
Way ahead, I see bad weather.
I’ll have to remember you are with me.

So would you please stay,
To wipe my tears away?
Because you know it makes the world
So much harder to hate.
