the most simple thing to do
is breathe

nobody comes to help
they dont listen at all

their breathing slows
same as their heart beat

just a signal that says

"Hey! You ARE alive!
Don't fret! Don't worry."

but some people find it hard
to make their heart beat

its difficult for some people
anyone can have this issue

but, its simple
right?

take a look at people sometimes
acknowledge them

befriend them
care for them

help them breathe
help their heart beat

those people will love you
whether you know it or not.
