I will not be used.
Not by you, not by him, not by her.
I will not be used.

You try to mould me, form me,
pushing and pulling, this way and that.
"Do this," "Do that," "You can't do that."
Restrictions?
Restriction-less.
Yes, that sounds better.

Stories?
Stories told to take our minds off the hurt, anger and treachery.
Hope should not be a thing of the past.
People controlling people.
How is that so?
Are we not all equal? Are we not all free?
No.
Freedom is a figment of our imagination,
created to distract us from the reality of being in captivity.

The world is dying.
Society crumbles in the hands of it's enforcers.
Power hungry, selfish and heartless we are.
Broken we are, burnt from our sins - the consequences thereof.

But i know.
Therefore,
I will not be used.
Not by you, not by him, not by her.

I will not be used.
