Coarse, in the mines,
Are the hearts of the mundane-
Rigid and blackened,
Of soot and coal.
Of whom may fall-
In hind sight of the mind.
Wishing upon stars
That they may one day
Find the diamonds
They seek,
To trade
For the lives they
May never have.
