There you are
like always

around every
corner,
in every
country

I've seen you walk up stairs in
Italy
and through
crowded parks in
France
where the lights
of the carousel
are dancing
and the shadows
of horses
are running
free

Oh,
my dear
you're not alone
and neither am I
as dusk is
opening

Oh,
my love,
you are loved,
and dusk,
she knows your
beauty

and here,
like always,
around every
corner,
in every
country,
I know it too

And here
is where I
fall into
the arms of dusk.
