It doesn’t feel real.
And I can only hope it never will.
But on those few moments my mind opens up to reveal the truth.

I can’t breath.
I feel like I will explode.

And I let the tears come,
drowning me in my own self pity.

I find no use for the way things are now,
without you as witness to my actions.

But I know better than to give up on my chance at this life because of your weakness.

It might **** my being,
but I will always fight to stay living.

Until the ultimate outcome of time retires me.
