Reality
If I could fall asleep
In your arms
One last time before
The sunrise.
We’ll watch the stars
Paint our dreams out.
And listen to our hearts,
Beat slowly.
We whisper secrets
One by one.
And as you hold me,
We sing our own love songs.
One last time,
Before the sunrise.
You say you’ll never
Let me go.
As dawn uncovers slowly
My reality takes hold.
Your grasp loosens,
And I wake up alone
I'd appreciate it if this wasn't copied.
Thank you :)
