"Emptiness"
a hollow heart
nowhere to start
nobody is willing
to do their part.
a weary eye
a creepy sigh
faces startled as
they watch you cry.
a trembling hand
holding a reprimand
an unbalanced mind
nobody cares to understand.
a soul of scorn
trust truly unborn
a blissful heart
that's now been torn.
