Darkness only exists so stars can shine.
So what happens when darkness meets the end of it's line?
Without shining stars I would die.
Staring up at nothingness in the sky.
Who stole the darkness that day?
Whoever it was is going to pay.
The stars are the only way I can get through life.
Without shining stars my heart is filled with strife.
Twinkling and dancing they hold my gaze.
Without them I just travel on, in a haze.
I need a hero to save my reason to live.
Am I the only one who would give?
Away their heart and soul?
To return the darkness that was stolen.
So then my stars can again shine,
Forever, and always mine.
