Delusional

by @devyani-mahajan

A beautiful lady sat on a rock amid the vast ocean, which smelled strongly of clarity. The wind didn't seem to bother her, neither did the water which seemed to grope onto her tail, she was at peace. However, the human world looked like a mess from where she sat but then she saw, A child; rather carefree, playing with tiny crabs no worries of getting hurt no worries of bleeding. To the child it was just an adventure. The maiden thought long and hard maybe the mess isn't present maybe we tend to imagine it like a mirage. Just so we feel real, just so we aren't invisible, just so people talk to us. Just so we become a carcass for the vultures to feed on.
