His hair falls down gently beside him,
Never blocking his view,
Or mine of his him.
His crystal blue eyes shine  brighter than the moon,
I look into them and feel the waves rushing over me.
He stutters, mumbles, makes no sense,
But the sound of his voice,
His sheer presence,
Is enough to make me giggle and stare in awe.

He walks away,
Swaggering slightly.
I feel a pang of regret,
I let him walk away again,
I let him leave me wondering what would've become...

Now the rage starts to take over!
WHY? WHY? WHY?
I should have said "Hi"!
I should have kept him around longer.
I should have filled up that empty space that now lies hidden.
If only I had the courage,
If only I could get him out of my thoughts,
If only things had turned out differently...
