Let Me Cry

How could you abandon me on my sleep? Walk out on my dream {Just like everyone said} Drown in tears over you, I died. And look how time has raise me up; {Careless hours} I had to let it go… So let me cry… Our morning held on its bones, The ashy death of a sunrise {No more light} And come sunset, I know; We'll be no more. Let me cry. Clocks can erase distant memories But nothing will stop the flow of time; Or heartache pained with love, So don't speak… Let me say goodbye {Love Love Goodbye Love} Its too late…Now ask time… Can we go back to the merry-go-round? To the round where we first kissed Then I could've sworn it'd last forever And now look at us fall apart Hate each other's eyes And ask time if it was too late… Let me cry. Would you have fled… If I had slept by your side? {Innocence consumed in flames} Or cried when I insulted your pride? Don't lie, you doomed our stars {You were my dream} Now GO… and let me cry…
