To sense and reason I am blind
Madness!Β Β Madness!
Oh, how could a Queen
love one such as I!
You have stricken My Mind
My heart is lost
forever lost!
By what power have You bewitched Me!
What the power of the incantation
You spread your arms
and said, " Come to Me".
you have conquered Me
I am forever Your captive
Oh, what terror I feel
It is not the death of the body I fear
one look and four little words
would tear My soul asunder
" I love You not"
As I lay in Your embrace
all the world comes together
life returns
Oh, You are a witch!
I have become a child again
and You My mother
wherever You lead
I like a child must follow
My tongue has lost its cunning
I like a child
can only babble
Oh, how I am at the mercy
of Your very touch
Oh, how I fall limp in Your arms.
